While birth can bring pain to your body, it also brings new life. My hope to help you to grow through this season of pregnancy, birth, and early motherhood, and not merely survive. Hi! My name is Gabriela!
I am a Birth Doula serving in the Mankato, MN and surrounding area.
I was initially drawn to becoming a birth doula because I value health and wellness, and love helping people feel seen, heard, and appreciated.
My desire is to help women achieve the birth that they hope for, and to help them and their partner’s voice and desires to be heard.
Whether you are planning a hospital birth or a home birth, I would love to support you emotionally and physically in your journey of doing so.

In my free time, I love to spend time outdoors in nature, cooking and baking delicious and healthy food, exercising, thrifting, and being with loved ones.
